Hello there! We totally get that life can be unpredictable — schedules change, things come up, and sometimes you just need to hit pause. Here’s how our cancellation policy works to keep things fair and flexible for everyone:
24 Hour Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your private lesson, no problem! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled class time.
When you do, the class will be credited back to your account, and you can use it to book another session whenever it suits you best.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your class or don’t show up, the session will unfortunately be counted as used. This helps us respect your instructor’s time and make room for other students who might be waiting for a spot.
How to Cancel
You can easily cancel your class through the Acuity Scheduling link or email.
We’ll confirm your cancellation and make sure your credit is safely stored for future use.
Rescheduling Made Easy
Want to move your class instead of canceling? You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time through the Acuity Scheduling link — same rule, same flexibility!
